What helps in a bug report
Please do not attach private or sensitive images. A description, or a small test image that shows the same problem, is better.
- The page you were on and what you expected to happen.
- Your browser and its version, and whether you are on a phone or a computer.
- The input format, the approximate size in pixels and in megabytes, and the settings you chose.
- Any message the page showed. The text is usually enough.
Privacy requests
The site holds no images or accounts. If you want to ask what it stores or ask about the anonymous counter, use the same address and mention privacy in the subject. The privacy policy describes what is kept.
Feedback on results
If a conversion came out larger than the original, or colours changed, tell us the file type and settings. Those cases are the most useful to hear about.
